This 15 litre vit­re­ous enam­el water bath can­ner set is ide­al for can­ning, cook­ing and brew­ing. The set includes a handy stain­less steel can­ning triv­et. This sim­ple stamped stain­less steel disc sits on the bot­tom of the can­ner when in use. The triv­et holds your jars just above the base of the can­ner pre­vent­ing them from overheating.

• Can­ning veg­eta­bles and fruits: 7 x 0.5 litre or 5 x 1 litre Mason, Kil­ner or sim­i­lar screw-top can­ning or pre­serve jars.
• Come can­ning veg­eta­bles and fruits: 4 x 0.5 litre or 4 x 1 litre Kil­ner, Le Par­fait or sim­i­lar clip-top pre­serve jars.
• Pas­teuris­ing fruit juices and cor­dials: 7 x 0.5 litre swing top bot­tles or 5 x 1 litre swing-top bottles.
