Pearl Mari­posa pre­serv­ing jars fea­ture a glass lid held down my an ele­gant­ly sim­ple swing­ing wire. As well as look­ing great these are also ful­ly func­tion­al can­ning jars which can be used for both water bath and pres­sure can­ning.
