Kilner Screw Top Wide Mouth Preserve Jars

Kil­ner wide mouth jars fea­ture a larg­er diam­e­ter open­ing of 84mm com­pared to the 72mm of stan­dard Kil­ner and oth­er Mason type pre­serve jars. The wide mouth design with no neck allows for easy fill­ing and clean­ing. In com­mon with oth­er Kil­ner and mason can­ning jars these use the clas­sic Kil­ner vac­u­um seal pre­serv­ing sys­tem con­sist­ing of a 2‑piece clo­sure with sep­a­rate disc and screw band.

Please note that very hot flu­ids should nev­er be poured into cold glass­ware. To avoid break­age ensure that your jars are warmed before use.
