FDor High­lands and Islands address­es ship­ping costs are cal­cu­lat­ed based on the weight of items in your shop­ping bas­ket and then added at check­out. Please find our domes­tic postal rates in the table below. Please note that we no longer ship to North­ern Ire­land, Chan­nel Islands or Isle of Man addresses.

Items may be dis­patched by Roy­al Mail, DPD, Her­mes or Parcelforce couriers. 

We disp­tach every busi­ness day. All con­sign­ments over 2kg are track­able. Track­ing infor­ma­tion will be pro­vid­ed through email by the couri­er. Deliv­ery times for main­land UK orders is usu­al­ly 48 hours. Oth­er domes­tic des­ti­na­tions can take up to 5 days. .

Items are returned at your own expense and we rec­om­mend using a ful­ly track­able and insured couri­er ser­vice. Please get in touch via our con­tact form before return­ing your item and ensure that your name, address and order num­ber are includ­ed in the par­cel for our ref­er­ence. Items must be in an unused con­di­tion with the orig­i­nal pack­ag­ing and fit for resale.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS.
