The set Includes a stain­less steel can­ning rack that can be rest­ed on the rim of the can­ner which allow­ing your jars to be low­ered and raised simultaneously.

  • Can­ning veg­eta­bles and fruits: 4 x 0.5 litre or 4 x 1 litre Kil­ner, Le Par­fait or sim­i­lar clip-top jars.
  • Pas­teuris­ing apple juice and cor­dials: 7 x 0.5 litre swing top bot­tles or 5 x 1 litre swing-top bottles.
