High quality ceramic 5 litre sauerkraut crock made by Zaklady Ceramiczne at their famous pottery in the town of Boleslaweic, Poland and fired from non-toxic food-safe clays and glazes. The traditional design features a water seal and lid to keep air out of your ferment while allowing carbon dioxide to escape. Available in two colours these ceramic crocks are Ideal for making both sauerkraut and kimchi.
