5 Litre Zaklady Ceramiczne Boleslawiec Ceramic Sauerkraut Crocks (Grade B)

Please note these crocks have been des­ig­nat­ed as being of Grade “B” qual­i­ty by Ceram­iczne Boleslawe­ic. These crocks are ful­ly func­tion­al but have very small cos­met­ic imper­fec­tions, such blem­ish­es or pit­ting, in the glaz­ing. As such they retail for 30% less than our Grade “A” crocks.

High qual­i­ty ceram­ic 5 litre sauer­kraut crock made by Zak­la­dy Ceram­iczne at their famous pot­tery in the town of Boleslawe­ic, Poland and fired from non-tox­ic food-safe clays and glazes. The tra­di­tion­al design fea­tures a water seal and lid to keep air out of your fer­ment while allow­ing car­bon diox­ide to escape. Avail­able in two colours these ceram­ic crocks are Ide­al for mak­ing both sauer­kraut and kimchi.

• Avail­able in green or brown glazes.
• Com­plete with a set of two 17cm weight stones.
